A deposit of £25 ( unles otherwise speciified ) is required to secure a booking. This must be received within 5 working days of agreeing to accept the offer of accomodation.
Balance
The balance due to complete the booking is to be paid no later than 28 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise specified.
Security Deposits
A fully refundable ' Security Deposit ' of a maximum of £250 per 4 guests may be be requested and is to be paid with the balance payment or 7 days before arrival.
' Security Deposits' are fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property upon /after departure and refunded within 7 days. We reserve the right to charge guests for -
Damage to property, breakages, specialist cleaning or theft.
Behaviour
At all times guests are expected to have consideration for other third parties, as the apartment is located in a residential area.
